AREA11 DIVING CENTER
It is a diving center that was founded in La Maddalena in 2000. Its founder passed on his passion for diving in the protected marine area of the La Maddalena archipelago National Park to Daniele, a young marine biologist who happened to find himself in the waters crystal clear waters of Sardinia. In love with the sea and diving, he immediately became a guide, instructor and ICD, thus starting his professional career in the world of recreational diving. He soon buys AREA11 and makes the island of La Maddalena his home. Diving is growing as are the many loyal divers who choose this destination year after year, establishing the diving spots in the marine areas of La Maddalena and Bonifacio, in Corsica, as gems of the Mediterranean, enviable throughout the world. The story of AREA11 doesn't stop here. In 2020, the historic location becomes too small for Daniele's dreams and the growth of his projects. Thus, after 20 years from its foundation, AREA11 DIVING CENTER moves its headquarters to a new performing and welcoming location, created and prepared to be able to increasingly spread the passion for the underwater world and accompany and certify recreational and technical divers, bringing all discovering the biodiversity present in this corner of the Mediterranean.

E' un centro immersioni che nasce a La Maddalena nel 2000. Il suo fondatore, trasmette la passione per le immersioni nell'area marina protetta del Parco Nazionale dell’arcipelago di La Maddalena, a Daniele, un giovane biologo marino capitato per caso nelle acque cristalline della Sardegna. Innamorato del mare e della subacquea, diviene da subito guida, istruttore e ICD dando così inizio alla sua carriera professionale nel mondo della subacquea ricreativa. Presto acquista AREA11 e fa dell’isola di La Maddalena casa sua. Il diving cresce così come i tanti affezionati subacquei che anno dopo anno, scelgono questa meta affermando i punti di immersione presenti nelle aree marine di La Maddalena e Bonifacio, in Corsica, come gemme del Mediterraneo, invidiabili da tutto il mondo. La storia di AREA11 non si ferma qui. Nel 2020, la storica location diviene troppo piccola per i sogni di Daniele e la crescita dei suoi progetti. Così, dopo 20 anni dalla sua fondazione, AREA11 DIVING CENTER trasferisce il suo quartier generale in una nuova location prestante ed accogliente, realizzata e preparata per poter diffondere sempre di più la passione per il mondo sommerso ed accompagnare e brevettare subacquei ricreativi e tecnici, portando tutti alla scoperta della biodiversità presente in questo angolo del Mediterraneo.
